In the event of a cancellation of a confirmed booking. where payment has been made as per Option 1 as set out above, the refund of the Usage Fees shall be made by iYirooms in accordance with the terms of the refund and cancellation policy of the respective Hotel Partner.
In the event of a cancellation of a confirmed booking where payment has been made as per Option 2 as set out above, the refund of the Usage Fees shall be made by the Hotel Partner to the User, by cash, card, or other modes, in accordance with the terms of the refund and cancellation policy of the respective Hotel Partner.
